We are NOT responsible for damage to curbs, sidewalks, driveways, yards, landscaping, trees, bushes, flowers or grass.
You are responsible for towing if we get stuck placing or picking the dumpster up if the dumpster is not on gravel or some other impervious surface.
We have the right to reject a load due to overweight, overfill, improper fill, illegal or hazardous items.
You are responsible for permits, placards, safety cones, caution tape and any other safety equipment needed or required by the city, county, state or HOA under whose jurisdiction in which you reside.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PRICES WITHOUT UPDATING THE WEBSITE.

You are responsible for the initial price of the dumpster and agree to pay any and all overweight and extended time fees as well as fees for illegal or hazardous items. Cost of collection agencies, attorney's fees, other outside collection services and other costs associated with collecting delinquent balances will be added to the balance due. Returned checks will be charged an additional $25.00.
A monthly re billing fee of $25.00 plus 3% finance charge will be added.
By giving us your credit card information, you agree to allow us to keep the card on file to run for additional costs of your dumpster rental and for the cost of additional dumpsters ordered.

Any items found in the dumpster that are in the "ITEMS NOT ALLOWED" list that are NOT prepaid, not discussed with dispatch, found buried or hidden in the dumpster will result in additional $100.00 per item fee.
You are responsible for additional costs if the material is found to be hazardous and/or requires additional landfill and/or disposal fees, EPA fines and/or other legal costs.
You are responsible for all of the material placed in the dumpster until it is accepted by the landfill.

FOR ADDITIONAL $50.00 PER ITEM FEE, WE WILL ACCEPT THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE WITH SOME RESTRICTIONS FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS.

Q. Do I need to call when I am done with the dumpster?
A. NO. We automatically pick up the dumpster at the end of 7 days
Q. Is there additional cost if I need to move the dumpster at my job site?
A. Yes, we charge $100.00 to move the dumpster plus fuel surcharge where applicable.
Q. Is there additional costs if I need to move the dumpster from one job site to a different job site?
A. Yes, we charge $150.00 to move job sites plus fuel surcharge where applicable.
Q. Can I fill the dumpster full to the top of the sides?
A. Yes, as long as you do NOT have heavy garbage. The dumpster may NOT be full but it can still be heavy. Normal household waste is not heavy and will most likely NOT cause your dumpster to be overweight. But if you are having your roof replaced and the dumpster does NOT look full, it is heavy and filling it to the top will result in an overweight dumpster with extra charges.
Q. Can I have the dumpster placed where I want it?
A. Yes within reason for safety and legal concerns. If the placement will cause potential damage to our equipment or property or your property, we will object to the placement. If you want the dumpster placed where the lawn or surface on which the dumpster will sit can be damaged, then it is your responsibility to protect the property or repair the property at your expense.

A. Yes. We have a fuel surcharge for dumpsters more than 20 miles or 20 minutes from our East Peoria location.
